Carrie Bibik, MSc, PAg, Senior Research Manager

Carrie Bibik is a Senior Research Manager at PRA. She has extensive experience in evaluation and market research projects for government and non-governmental clients in the areas of agriculture, the environment, education, and federal policy. Her studies and experience have given her a strong background in research methodology and policy analysis. Carrie received a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from the University of Manitoba. Prior to joining PRA in 2001, Carrie worked as a research assistant with Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Initiatives. There, she completed the annual government transfers calculation, examined the effectiveness of agricultural safety nets, and prepared briefing notes on various international agricultural trade policy issues. Carrie is a Professional Agrologist with the Manitoba Institute of Agrologists and a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society.
