Natalie Baydack, MA, CE, Partner
Natalie Baydack, a Partner at PRA Inc. and Credentialed Evaluator, has two decades of research and evaluation experience. She has designed and executed evaluation and other research studies for a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from federal and provincial government departments to non-profit organizations. In recent years, her work has focussed on large-budget, complex federal evaluations involving multiple lines of evidence and diverse stakeholders. These assignments include major evaluations for Health Canada, Environment and Climate Change Canada, and Natural Resources Canada, examining these departments’ science-based regulatory activities in the areas of chemicals management, contaminated sites management, major resource projects, and health and consumer products, as well as pesticides and veterinary drugs. Natalie graduated from Queen's University in 1998 with a Master of Arts in Political Studies. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Winnipeg. Natalie is a Past-President of the Manitoba Chapter of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES).
