Natalie Baydack, MA, Partner

Natalie Baydack, a Partner at PRA Inc., is experienced in a wide range of research methodologies, including key informant interviews, focus groups, case studies, document and literature review, quantitative surveys, and administrative data analysis.  Since joining the firm in 1998, she has designed many large evaluations and other studies, including several multi-year and multi-site research projects, primarily for federal and provincial government clients and non-governmental organizations.  Much of this research has been in the areas of health, justice, and social services, and has involved sensitive populations and issues. Natalie has developed particular expertise in designing and executing research involving marginalized or at-risk populations, including victims of domestic violence, youth at risk, women involved in the sex trade, substance users, street-involved individuals, mental health clients, social assistance clients, and Aboriginal people.  Natalie graduated from Queen's University in 1998 with a Master of Arts in Political Studies.  She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Winnipeg. Natalie is bilingual in English and German, and has excellent French capabilities.  She is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society.
