Kerry Dangerfield, Partner in Charge of Surveys for PRA Inc., is a certified marketing research professional and has designed and managed projects in all areas of quantitative and qualitative research. Kerry has managed large-scale client satisfaction, product awareness, and advertising tracking studies. He has also taken the lead at PRA in the analysis of qualitative data. He has successfully conducted hundreds of surveys at the local, regional, and national levels for private, non-governmental, and government clients. He has extensive experience in questionnaire design, sampling, data analysis (including such advanced techniques as multiple regression, conjoint and factor analysis), field operations, in-person interviewing, focus group moderating, statistical analysis, report preparation, and presentations of project findings to clients. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 1980, Kerry received his Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Manitoba in 1984. In 1986, Kerry joined University of Manitoba Research (UMR) as a research consultant. The following year, he became managing consultant, overseeing most research and technical assignments of the company. In 1988, Kerry left UMR to establish PRA, where he continued to specialize in designing and implementing quantitative and qualitative research. Kerry is a member of the Marketing Research Intelligence Association, the Canadian Evaluation Society, and the American Marketing Association.
