Brigitte Bouchard-Morris, MBA, CE, Partner
Brigitte Bouchard-Morris is a Partner at PRA. She is a seasoned researcher who has mastered many complex analytical situations. Her training in business, extensive experience in diverse subject matter areas, and focus on the top standard of research provide clients with highly effective support on all research and consulting assignments.
Her work focuses mainly on program evaluation and performance measurement, and she has also led strategic planning, contributed to operational reviews, conducted wellness and satisfaction surveys, and feasibility studies. Brigitte is a Credentialed Evaluator, and has managed numerous federal and provincial level evaluations, as well as projects for the private sector and non-profit organizations. Her experience includes liaising with various clients and stakeholder groups, designing data collection tools, incorporating qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and tailoring reports to support effective decision making. Brigitte has also facilitated focus groups, working groups and strategic board meetings, and presented findings — all in both official languages.
She is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society, and she served on the Board of the National Capital Chapter of CES for five years (2010-2015), as VP Professional Development and Treasurer. Brigitte currently sits on the Board of the St. Boniface Museum.
