Brigitte Bouchard-Morris, MBA, Senior Research Manager

Brigitte Bouchard-Morris is a Senior Research Manager at PRA. She focuses primarily on large-scale evaluations, as well as performance measurement strategies and operational reviews, and has contributed to wellness and satisfaction surveys, feasibility studies, and socio-economic profiles. She has worked with various levels of government, industry, non-governmental organizations, and a broad range of stakeholder groups on projects related to science and technology, Aboriginal peoples, official languages, justice, health, immigration and education. Brigitte graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa in 2000, in collaboration with the École supérieure de commerce de Reims in France. She also holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Université de Sherbrooke. Prior to joining PRA, Brigitte worked in the federal public service as an economist, analyst and survey manager. Brigitte is fluent in French and English. She is a Member of the Board of the Canadian Evaluation Society's National Capital Chapter.
