Market and opinion research

PRA maintains a central telephone interviewing facility (40 lines) running VOXCO's Interviewer computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system. We have undertaken over 200 mail, telephone, and in-person surveys in the last two years, with sample sizes up to 25,000, from local studies to national projects in both official languages. PRA also maintains a state-of-the-art focus group facility. Staff regularly conduct focus groups across the country, in both official languages.
